From the first entry to the next decision

Connect the handoffs between people and systems. Start where your team retypes the same information, searches for documents or waits for an approval.

    01

Completed work reaching the office and finance

Connect completion details, photos and approved extras to the job record. Give the office the information it needs to review the work and prepare billing.

    02

    Requests, information capture and approvals

Turn incoming information into a structured request, assign responsibility and route decisions to the right person. Keep missing details and pending approvals visible.

    Common questions

The scope, the systems and the next step

    Where do we start?
With a free 15-minute fit call about one process. We then review representative information within an agreed boundary to define the scope. Implementation is paid, with pricing, integration requirements and delivery dates established before commitment.
Can you connect the systems we already use?
We first check what your systems support, the access available and the information that needs to move. Supported integrations and any required changes are agreed before implementation.
Can requests come from messages, audio or photos?
Calls, email, messages, audio and photos are possible inputs. We confirm the channels, permissions and review steps for your engagement. Unclear information goes to a person for review.
Does completed work always mean another invoice?
No. Contract work may already be included, while an extra may require separate approval and billing. A pending item or mismatch needs review against your agreement; it is not automatically lost revenue.

Where does your team repeat entry or chase information?

Talk through one process and the systems it crosses. We will identify a practical starting point together.
